Team is everywhere.

A friend of mine, the founder of a company that grew to a billion dollars in annual revenue, best expressed the power of teamwork when he once told me, “If you could get all the people in an organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.”

What does it mean to “rowing in the same direction”?

World record marathon holder Eliud Kipchoge as he prepares to break one of the last milestones in sporting history: the sub-two hour marathon. He is the 2016 and 2020 Olympic marathon champion, and holds the world record in the marathon.

Eliud Kipchoge’s team prepared record-breaking marathon runner Eliud Kipchoge's journey to becoming the first person in history to run a marathon in under two hours.

Except for his training in Kenya and Viena, his team was accountable to create optimization with everything and food, drinks, vitamins, and shoes.

Eliud Kipchoge’s dream was a team dream.

Team followed him, because he is honest and not trying to be someone else.

Team developed unique optimization and it was running in a structure that decreased wind resistance on Kipchoge from 6 to 1 Newton.

All these components caused best results.

Eliud Kipchoge produced the fastest time ever for the 42.2km distance, clocking 1:59:40.2 at the Ineos159 Challenge in Vienna.

Team is everywhere.
