How long are sessions and how often?

Typically 60 minutes for individual coaching and 120 - 180 minutes for team coaching, every two weeks. We adjust the cadence to match what's happening in your role.

What is the investment?

Pricing depends on the engagement length, format, and whether it's individual or team coaching. I'll share full pricing on the discovery call once we understand the fit.

What does an engagement look like?

Most engagements run 3 or 6 months, with biweekly sessions of 60 minutes. We start with a clear contract: what you want to change, and how we'll know it's working.

What languages do you coach in?

English, Hebrew and Russian – all fluent. Ukrainian: I can understand it well, but I’m not fluent speaking it.

What makes your approach different?

Two things. First, I'm CEO of ICF Israel and one of a small number of coaches certified at both PCC and ACTC level, currently in a 3-year advanced Transactional Analysis program for organizations. Second, I spent a decade as a data scientist and analyst before coaching — so I speak the language of tech, product and finance leaders, and I bring structure to work that often stays abstract.

I’m Raya Belinsky, PCC and ACTC executive and team coach, and CEO of ICF Israel. I combine ICF coaching with Transactional Analysis to help leaders recognize the patterns behind their decisions and shift the ones that no longer serve them.

For over 8 years, I’ve coached leaders across tech, finance, and pharma at companies including PayPal, Microsoft, EY, CGI, Merck, Micron, Grundfos, and Quorum Software. I work with new managers stepping into bigger scope, as well as senior leaders navigating growth, change, and the quiet weight of leadership.

Before coaching, I spent a decade as a data scientist, analyst, and team manager in tech, gaming, and finance. That background makes my work structured, evidence-based, and grounded in the language of business.
