My journey began
in corporate leadership, where I held senior roles in data analytics, product development, and team management across diverse industries including Fin-Tech, Gaming, Retail, Customer Club, and Semiconductors.
After leading two start-ups in the financial and medical device sectors, I transitioned into executive and team coaching. The shift came from a deep desire to focus on the human element within organizations - the dynamics, motivations, and leadership qualities that drive big success.
My previous experiences gave me firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face, and I wanted to contribute by helping professionals navigate these complexities and unlock their full potential.
